Way to "Be Here & Ready," Hiawatha!

     Congrats to all of the classes!  As a result of your efforts, dedication, and a little motivation from our January booster (which focused on decreasing tardies and increasing attendance), January was a month full of learning!  Data shows a 21% increase in "on-time" attendance for the entire school!  A special "PBIS Shout-Out" goes out to Mr. Guevara's first class who had the least amount of absences and tardies!  Way to go, Hiawatha!  :)

January Booster

This month, we're working to "build a snowman!"  Our Student Booster for January will focus on attendance and no tardies.  For the next couple of weeks, each class that has 100% of its students "here and on time" will be rewarded by having a part of their snowman displayed on a bulletin board for all to see and celebrate!  At the end of the booster, each class that has a complete snowman will receive a chance to celebrate their accomplishment!  As an added bonus, each student who has perfect attendance throughout the duration of the booster will have his/her name entered into a special raffle drawing!  Be sure to get to school on time every day!!!
